1. Program Description

Duke City Lift & Fix offers SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers about service inquiries, quotes, appointment scheduling, job updates, and post-service follow-up for our handyman, repair, landscaping, and heavy lifting services in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive text messages from us by (a) initiating a text message to our business number, or (b) providing your phone number to us verbally or in writing and requesting quotes, updates, or scheduling communications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the status of your job. You will typically receive messages only in connection with an active inquiry, quote, or scheduled service.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, simply text us again.
