Duke City Lift & Fix services saved us during a move. We were on a short timeline and had super heavy pieces of furniture that the moving company we hired wasn't able to accommodate. My 86 yo dad needed both toilets replaced and a towel rack fixed and remounted on the wall. Ethan picked up all supplies and got the job done efficiently and at a very fair price. He also came back promptly to fix a small leak. I recommend his services.

Ethan and his small crew did a great job replacing about 20' of gutter, downspout and some window frame repair due to this leaking gutter above. He replaced the lower horizontal support and a vertical trim on the wood around the window that had rotted. He applied an epoxy in the small seams between pieces of wood and wood putty where necessary. Then he painted it to match the rest of the trim. It looks great and no more drippy gutter. All done in just over a day. I was impressed with Ethan's attention to detail and how he comported himself. He communicated well and was far from evasive, like some handymen can be.
