Does my shed need a permit?
In Albuquerque, small storage sheds under the size threshold generally don't — but placement rules (setbacks) still apply. We'll flag anything that looks like a question before we build.
Can you build on dirt?
We can, but we'll talk you out of it — a leveled base costs a little now and saves the whole shed later.
My old shed is leaning — repair or replace?
